Teachers will be freed from part of the paperwork
On 1 September, the order of the Ministry of Education of Russia will come into force, which removes part of the bureaucratic burden from teachers. In according to document, teachers will be responsible for filling out only five documents — the rest will be taken over by administrative staff. The order provides for the following documents, which must be drawn up and filled out by teachers:
work program of the subject, course (including extracurricular activities), training module;
- progress log;
- extracurricular activity log (for teaching staff engaged in extracurricular activity);
- plan of educational work (for teachers performing the functions of class management);
- characteristic of student (on request).

Driver training rules will change
For Russians who will undergo training to obtain a driver's license, the training time changes from September and other innovations begin to work. From 1 September, the corresponding order of the Ministry of Education of Russia dated 11.08.2021 N 808 “On the approval of exemplary vocational training programs for drivers of vehicles of the corresponding categories and subcategories ” comes into force.

From 1 September, the state will encourage employers who employ young people, that is Russians under 30 years of age. To receive a subsidy, you need to hire a young person who is registered as unemployed at the labor exchange — apply on the website “Work of Russia”, and after concluding an employment contract, apply to the Social Insurance Fund.
